Your Cause of Poor Posture may be associated with Gut Dysbiosis
The integrity and function of the Gut Wall determine the Integrity of our Posture Balance. So GOOD Posture reflects the Proper Balance of various aspects of the Human Being, including Anatomical, Physiological, Psychological, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Most people think of Posture as more biomechanical, which focuses on musculoskeletal relationships. However, the most essential ingredient of good posture is Food, which means, of course, Nutrients, therefore biochemical. To improve our posture, we need to make better choices in our Food options.
So POOR Posture reflects the Improper function and formation of the Center of the Body, which also involves an improper response to Gravity. Therefore, Poor Posture reveals an unhealthy Gut Wall – the center of our physical being. When this wall becomes inflamed or collapses, it becomes difficult to maintain an upright position, and our psychological well-being and emotional stability are negatively affected.
The cause of losing our Gut Wall integrity is Gut Dysbiosis. In a healthy person, their Natural Microbiome protects their entire Gut Wall. But when this wall’s Symbiosis is lost, harmful bacteria can overgrow, which produces toxic substances that can damage the Digestive function, causing Immunodeficiency. As the negative impact of toxic substances increases within our Immune system, we become unhealthy.
